4. Store the egg yolks in a freezer bag
You cannot store whole eggs in your freezer, but you can separate the egg whites from the yolks for storage in your fridge. All you need to do is mix the yolks in a bowl with a pinch of salt and put it in a frozen bag. Freezing bags will best keep and preserve your eggs.
Before you put your eggs in the freezer, write the date on the bag. Remember, you can only store them for a year.
