#33: Hidden Truths
Many of us grow up concealing various aspects of our lives from our parents. As we mature, we become aware that our parents can perceive our actions, sometimes prompting us to withhold uncomfortable or sensitive information.
It remains a mystery whether this girl intentionally hid this information from her parents or if it simply became second nature to keep anything uncomfortable at bay during her childhood. One can’t help but wonder if her parents knew that her “friend” was more than just a friend.
