In a home, you can close the lid of the trash or bathroom door and leave without ever worrying about the smell. Unfortunately, van life comes with many odors that you often don’t experience all in one space. You have trash, wet towels, dirty clothes, and maybe even the toilet.
These odors force you to open windows for ventilation. However, sometimes it is also impossible to open a window because it could potentially make the problem worse. For example, if it’s raining or snowing, you don’t want to open the window during such weather. If you have a dog, many stinky issues also come from having a canine companion.
