29. It’s good for the heart

It is considered that gardening is one of the best heart-healthy things you can do. The definition of cardiovascular health is “the ability of the heart and lungs to provide oxygen-rich blood for muscle tissue to function and the muscle’s ability to use oxygen for energy for movement.” You need to incorporate cardiovascular activity into your routine to live a long and healthy life.

Doing any outdoor exercise like jogging or jogging is great for the heart, but gardening does. Just going out and gardening, you breathe fresh air, and training will help your heart and muscles be more potent than before. Typically, people prefer gardening to walk monotonously on a treadmill because at least you’re completing something while you work.
