The Shining Connection in Toy Story
In Toy Story, there’s a random yet notable callback. When Woody is in Sid’s house, the hallway carpet strongly resembles that of the hotel from The Shining.
In fact, production designer Ralph Eggleston was such a fan of The Shining that this was his homage to the film.
