As we’ve already established, Walmart is a hub for fashion statements that often catch the eye. This elderly gentleman’s attire leaves us wondering about the nature of the event that calls for half a tuxedo and a kilt. While we could conceive of scenarios involving a tux and a kilt as part of something moderately reasonable, the real mystery lies in the presence of those pink tights. That part is a bit harder to decipher.
