To be fair to this adult man, the photo could have been taken on Halloween. Additionally, Harley Quinn is arguably the more popular character between the Joker and Quinn duo. Nevertheless, seeing him standing next to a normally dressed companion is a bit peculiar. However, he might have missed an opportunity by not carrying a comically oversized hammer, a staple accessory for Harley Quinn. Then again, he could probably find one at Walmart, which might explain the photo.
