The reason behind this elderly gentleman donning a dress is a mystery known only to him. Perhaps he simply wanted to change things up, or maybe it resulted from a lost dare. Regardless, his presence fits remarkably well with the stereotypical Walmart experience. This older man looks rather fashionable, so maybe he just wanted to flaunt his style for all to see, a choice none of us can judge him for.
