21. Don’t agree on these things
Decide things that you won’t deal with less. Do these jobs appropriately instead of cheaply. Many items are worth spending a little more money because, in the long run, it will save you money.
Things like paint color can be reworked, but there are other things that you shouldn’t compromise on. Don’t sacrifice safety, style, or legal compliance just because it’s cheap and fits your budget.
