They Don’t Understand
The belittlement of menstrual discomfort by others can be incredibly frustrating. When our pain and mood swings are dismissed or joked about, it only highlights a lack of understanding and empathy toward what we endure monthly.

It’s a biological process we’re compelled to endure, often wishing we could eliminate it or make it a universal experience so that others could truly comprehend its impact.
