Have your shopping list ready
Now, if you don’t want to waste time going back and forth to the store; before you set out to procure supplies, it’s best to build a shopping list. Besides, make sure to note down the size of the DIY dog house you want to create and make up a list of daily supplies to do this.
You should add up to seven 4 × 4 exterior plywood panels, a half-inch in size, and six 2×4 panels, each 8 feet long. Furthermore, don’t forget to add a circular saw, a jigsaw, a carpenter pencil, a carpenter’s square (also known as a speed square), a straight edge, a hammer, long nails. 0.5-inch roofing nails, three-spoke composite roofing (so does roll roofing), exterior rubber coating, caulk and paint gun, primer, paintbrush, and eye and ear protection.
