You can’t eat wheat, flour, or pasta if you have wheat or gluten allergies. Instead, you can use cornmeal, oatmeal, or white rice for the meal. You can also get other grains like millet and quinoa. 

You can store these items in your house. Although these ingredients are usually more expensive, they’re safer when dealing with wheat or gluten allergies.
